Follow the instructions below when taking a photo of your pet for the best results! If we receive a photo that we think can be improved, don't worry! We'll reach out to you through the phone number you provide to help you choose a better picture!
- Full body pictures work best!
- Use natural light (don't use flash)
- Make sure your pet's face and ears are visible in the picture
- Upload a clear picture that isn't blurry
